: 1 Cup Oat Flour
: 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
: 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
: 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
: 1 Banana
: 1 Egg
: 1 Tsp Salt
: 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
: 1 Tbsp Milk
: Put 1 Cup Oats into the blender until it turns into a flour.
: In a bowl, combine dry ingredients (oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt)
: In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (mashed banana, egg, milk, and vanilla extract)
: Stir the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix thoroughly.
: Put the mixture into the cupcake pan, and divide the batter among them.
: Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 18 to 20 minutes.
